Official accreditation for the programmes of de Bono.

Are you an experienced trainer, either independent or connected to an organisation? Would you like to become a trainer with a recognised accreditation for a de Bono thinking method? Then follow the de Bono Train-the-Trainer programme. You will become part of a world-wide network of hundreds of trainers in dozens of countries and you can use the registered names.

The thinking programmes of de Bono are internationally recognised for their effectiveness. Only accredited trainers may provide these programmes and use the terminology. An official course for becoming an accredited de Bono trainer provided by QréaCom is an inspiring process based on the knowledge and experience of an inspiring woman, Master Trainer Mary Lou Leistikow.

Action and interaction typify the training; after all, acquiring skills is mainly a matter of understanding and doing. The accreditation has been developed by
experienced trainers. An intake determines by means of requirements laid down in a contract whether you have sufficient training experience. The first part of the training comprises the regular course which provides a common frame of reference for the didactics. This is followed by two further days of training.

English-language train-the-trainer material is used. Further background is provided on the course and the experience in giving these courses is shared.
Upon successfully completing the course, QréaCom accredits you as a trainer. You will be included in the international and official register of de Bono trainers.
You are subject to a mandatory reaccreditation every two years so as to remain up to date on the latest developments. National and international meetings are held regularly for accredited de Bono trainers.

Master Trainer Mary Lou Leistikow provides the accreditation course in Dutch and in English, the latter only upon request. She has been trained since 1993 by Dr. De Bono himself.
