How do you stay on top of the competition? Need new ideas? QréaCom helps to force breakthroughs.
The facilitation of think tanks comprises four steps:
• Preparation - A core team and a creative team are formed and the focus is formulated: What is the topic for which ideas are sought?
• Generating ideas - During the course of a few hours ideas are generated by means of de Bono creativity techniques.
• Harvesting and Treatment - The truly innovative concepts are extracted from the rough material.
• Selection and implementation - The core team selects the most likely ideas. After a decision has been made the innovation process can begin.
You will receive three to eight top ideas worked out on a sheet of paper. Furthermore, the few hundred other ideas that are generated can be used as an inspiration for other innovations. This approach is suitable for forcing a breakthrough in negotiations, in situations of production innovation, optimisation, simplification of procedures, or new business models. The inspiring chairperson is a QréaCom facilitator, independent, experienced and an accredited trainer. Previous creative sessions led by QréaCom have resulted in various patents and innovative products and services.
