DATT is being enriched by dr. Edward de Bono. Spring 2009 the course will be available in English, in the second half of 2009 in Dutch.
Do you question whether the decision has been sufficiently thought through? You would like to be able to think better? What if you could really focus? The DATT thinking method of de Bono structures how situations are defined, the decision-making process and how action plans are drawn up. DATT stands for Direct Attention Thinking tools.
Perception largely defines our way of thinking. Ten easy DATT thinking strategies enable you to think outside the unconscious boxes. With a wider view you are able to better contemplate important decisions and actions in a more structured way in order to make a more well-considered decision. DATT enables you to take
better stock of the implications and assess alternatives. The DATT course is suitable for participants who purposely wish to widen their perception so as to make better decisions and specify follow-up.
The 10 DATT tools:
The DATT strategies structure the White Hat (facts and figures) and the Blue Hat (managing thinking) of the Six Thinking Hats of de Bono. Together they form a structured and well thought-out thinking technique.
DATT can easily be provided as an in-company course with companyspecific
examples. QréaCom provides the course in Dutch and in English. Course duration: two days.
