In short, a training course at QréaCom is an unique and exciting experience!
All our courses are skills training courses in which the main focus is on doing. After an explanation and practising the method, participants also translate the method to their personal work situation. This means that after the course, participants have completed some of their work! The follow-up consists of several tips that are sent to you by e-mail and a motivating postcard... You will also have drawn up your own action list to ensure that your new skills will quickly become part of your routine pattern!
Our programmes are followed worldwide and are by definition effective, innovative and highly valued. All our certified trainers are professionals who completely understand the course material and can transfer this knowledge. Fortunately, each trainer is unique so that every training course bears the personal stamp of the trainer involved.
Master Trainers have something extra: they are experts in the field concerned and moreover they have trained literally hundreds (sometimes thousands) of people so that they are authorised by the umbrella organisation of Dr Edward
de Bono, DBTS (De Bono Thinking Systems), to train professional trainers in becoming certified trainers in a de Bono programme. Mary Lou Leistikow is the only Master Trainer in the Netherlands.
